Information on this site is provided for general information only. While we work to keep it accurate and current, we are not responsible if information is incomplete or out of date. This site may contain historical information, which is provided for reference only.
Occasionally, the site may contain errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We may correct errors and cancel orders affected by them, including after you have placed your order. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
SECTION 6. PRICES AND CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency, together with any applicable taxes, before you pay. Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
We may modify or discontinue any product, feature, or part of the site at any time.
SECTION 7. ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we ship it.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including orders placed under the same account, payment card, or billing or shipping address. We may also verify your identity before processing an order. If we cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the contact details you provided and refund any payment received.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information and to keep it up to date.
SECTION 8. PERSONAL USE AND RESALE POLICY
Our products are sold for personal use only. You agree not to resell, distribute, or transfer products bought from us for any commercial purpose.
Only products bought directly on thepawparent.com or through our official channels are covered by our customer support, Shipping & Returns Policy, and 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We cannot verify how products sold by unauthorized resellers have been stored or handled, so we cannot support those purchases.
Any resale or attempted resale of our products:
- is a material breach of these Terms
- voids all guarantees and warranties, including our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- may lead to cancellation of current and future orders
We do not accept orders from dealers, wholesalers, or resellers. If we have reason to believe an order is not for personal use, we may cancel it and refund any payment received. We reserve the right to take legal action against unauthorized resellers, including for trademark infringement and unfair competition.
SECTION 9. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND DISCOUNTS
Unless stated otherwise in the offer:
- promotional codes and discounts have no cash value
- they cannot be combined with other codes, discounts, or offers
- each code can be used once per customer, household, or address
- they must be entered at checkout and do not apply to previous purchases
- they are valid only while stock lasts
We may modify, cancel, or refuse any promotional code at any time, including where we suspect abuse.
SECTION 10. PAYMENT AND BILLING
By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total shown at checkout to your selected payment method.
Charges will appear on your statement as "The Paw Parent".
If you have a question or concern about a charge, please contact us at support@thepawparent.com before contacting your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly with us. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that are filed without first contacting us or that conflict with our policies.
SECTION 11. SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you sign up for a subscription, your purchase is also governed by our Subscription Terms. They explain billing, renewals, and how to cancel.
SECTION 12. SHIPPING, RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND GUARANTEE
Shipping, order cancellations, returns, refunds, lost or damaged orders, and our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of it without our written permission.
SECTION 14. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools and links to third-party websites that we do not control. They are provided "as is," without warranties or endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Please review the third party's own terms before using them.
SECTION 15. REVIEWS, TESTIMONIALS, AND SUBMISSIONS
Use of your submissions. We may display them together with your first name, city, and state or region. You release us from any claims relating to this use, including claims based on privacy or publicity rights. We may correct spelling and grammar, shorten submissions, and remove inappropriate content. We have no obligation to keep submissions confidential or to respond.

- Claims made in testimonials have not been clinically proven or evaluated.
- Some reviewers and content creators received free products, discounts, or other compensation in exchange for an honest review or content.
- The views in testimonials belong to the individuals who gave them.

Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 17. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the site or its content:

SECTION 18. RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION
We are always happy to help, and we treat every customer with respect. We ask the same for our support team. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language or behavior toward our team. If communication becomes abusive, we may end the conversation and, where necessary, limit or stop providing support.
SECTION 19. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may suspend or discontinue the site at any time.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, our Shipping & Returns Policy (including our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee), or on product labels, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Paw Parent and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so these may not apply to you.
Your consumer rights: nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, including in the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
SECTION 20. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include:
- strikes or industrial action by third parties
- changes in legislation, including import tariffs, duties, and border controls
- civil unrest, war, or terrorism
- fire, flood, storm, earthquake, epidemic, or other natural disaster
- failure of telecommunications networks
- disruption of shipping, air, or other transport
SECTION 21. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Paw Parent and its parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers from any third-party claim, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
SECTION 22. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
22.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Section 22.
22.2 Contact us first. Before starting any claim, you and we each agree to first send the other a written description of the dispute, including relevant documents and the proposed resolution. You can send yours to support@thepawparent.com. We will contact you at the email or billing address you provided. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days after the written description is received, either party may start arbitration.
22.3 Binding arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the policies they reference, our products, the site, our SMS program, or our relationship with you will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. The arbitration is administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, in English. It will take place in Cheyenne, Wyoming, or remotely by video, phone, or written submissions at your choice. The arbitrator decides all questions about the scope, validity, and enforceability of this arbitration agreement. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could award. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
22.4 Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within 1 year after it arises or should reasonably have been discovered, including the 60-day informal resolution period. Claims brought later are permanently barred.
22.5 Class action waiver. Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis. Neither party may bring or join a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding. If a dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, both parties waive the right to a jury trial. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, this entire Section 22.3 (binding arbitration) will be void, and the dispute will proceed in court.
22.6 Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration, as long as it qualifies and remains there. Claims about intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, and requests for injunctive relief to stop a breach of these Terms, may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts for such claims.
22.7 Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase or use of our products or site. To opt out, send a signed written notice to support@thepawparent.com. The notice must include your name, the email address used for your order, and the date of your first purchase or use. If you opt out, the other provisions of these Terms still apply.
22.8 Changes to this section. If we make material changes to this Section 22, we will give you notice and an opportunity to opt out of the changes. Changes do not apply to disputes we were already notified of before the change was posted.
22.9 International customers. If you live outside the United States, this Section 22 does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws or the courts of your country of residence.
SECTION 23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. The unenforceable part will be removed. This does not affect the remaining provisions, except as stated in Section 22.5.
SECTION 24. TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. You may stop using the site at any time. We may terminate your access if we believe you have breached these Terms. You remain responsible for amounts owed up to the termination date. Obligations incurred before termination survive it, as do Sections 4, 8, 13, 15, 19, 21, and 22.
SECTION 25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and our products. They replace any prior versions. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
SECTION 26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply to orders placed and use of the site after the update, except as stated in Section 22.8. The current version is always available on this page.
