1. NOTICE AT COLLECTION

We do not collect "sensitive personal information" as defined under applicable US state privacy laws. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18.

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide to us:
- Contact and account details: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and account login details.
- Order information: products purchased, subscriptions, returns, refunds, and Money-Back Guarantee claims, including photos you send as proof.
- Pet information: your dog's name, breed, age, weight, and health concerns, for example when you take a quiz, fill in a form, or contact support.
- Communications: messages, emails, chat conversations, and attachments you send to our support team.
- Adverse event reports: information about any reaction your dog has to our products, which we may use to monitor product safety.
- Reviews and content: reviews, ratings, photos, videos, and other content you submit. Reviews you post publicly can be seen by others.
- Surveys and promotions: answers to surveys, quizzes, contests, and promotions.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment processors. We do not store your full card number. We may receive limited payment details, such as a token, the card type, and the last four digits, to process orders, refunds, and disputes.
Information collected automatically: when you use the Services, we and our partners collect information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including:
- device and browser information, such as IP address, device type, and operating system
- usage information, such as pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, and how you arrived at our site

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you.
SMS data: your mobile number, SMS opt-in, and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share them only with providers that operate our messaging program on our behalf.
5. OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your use of the Services to provide and improve them. Information you submit may be shared with Shopify and third parties located in other countries.
We use certain Shopify enhanced features that use data from your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify. For those features, Shopify is responsible for processing your personal information, including responding to your requests about it.

- To appeal a decision, reply to our response with the subject "Privacy Appeal."
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
9. NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE
We may offer discounts or other benefits when you sign up for our email or SMS list or join a promotion. Under California law, this may be considered a "financial incentive."
- We collect your email address or phone number, and we use them as described in this Privacy Policy.
- Participation is optional. You may withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
- If you delete your information, we may not be able to provide the related discount.
